Another back road cemetery.
Mrs. klipsch49er and I love to drive the back roads of Kentucky. They hold many new experiences for us since we have lived in Kentucky since only 2016. Our interest in genealogy dovetails nicely with Geocaching so it seems natural that we concentrate our efforts in placing hides in cemeteries. Since the point of this is to have people visit these seldom seen gravestones and give those that went before us one more moment in our consciousness, we have kept the difficulty and terrain rating low to give cachers time to explore the graveyard.
KSQ, Kentucky Spirit Quest, is an attempt by members of Geocky and the caching community to locate and call attention to the many cemeteries in Kentucky. Some of these graveyards are fading away due to neglect and time or just lost to the public consciousness. Geocky is a geocaching club based in Lexington and central Kentucky.
