During a nice tour from the Creta Grauzaria via the Sentiero Piero Nobile to the Monte Sernio I dropped a box at the top of the Cime dai Gjai
You can reach the Cime dai Gjai via the Sentiero Piero Nobile , best way to do this is from east to west. So you have the "more difficult" section in upclimb.
I recommend so good internet research for the tour. A good place to start and stop is the Rifugio Grauzaria.
The cache is hidden close to the top of the Cime dai Gjai under a big stone with red dots (at the side with the 2 red dots ;-) )
