I know CITOs in August are hot, here's a way to get the CITO Souvenir and cool off. Let's layak up the Dutchmen's Creek and clean up the water way. Trash has a habit of making it's way to the creeks and rviers.
If you don't have a kayak or canoe, don't worry, we have you covered, the parking lot for the boat launch always needs help as well as along the water line.
Everyone on the water is required to wear a cost gaurd approved PFD - Personal Floatation Device
Wear clothing you don't mind if it gets wet, bring gloves, hats and grabbers. I'll look for buckets or milk crates to secure to boats for trash.
Possible paddle board or kayakl rentals at the boat launch, let me know and I'll share the info for rentals.
I'll supply trash bags and bottled water.
