El Lugar
El pueblo de Nono, en Córdoba, está atravesado por dos ríos de agua clara con características que los hacen diferentes y complementarios a la vez. Por un lado, el río de los Sauces es un manto calmo de agua cálida que se encuentra en la zona baja del pueblo.
Sus extensas playas y su poca profundidad forman un cauce muy amplio, ideal para disfrutar en familia. Hay diferentes bajadas y formas de acceder al río y se pueden elegir lugares más solitarios, o compartidos con más gente.
Del otro lado, hacia las Altas Cumbres, se encuentra el rio Chico de Nono, que se abre paso entre las grandes rocas y la frondosa vegetación, creando ollas ideales para los que quieren nadar y pequeños remansos acompañados de una vista inigualable del cordón montañoso.
Hay distintos balnearios, algunos con más servicios y otros más alejados.
Ambos ríos se unen a la altura del Cerro Los Nonos, en lo que los lugareños llaman “la juntura de los ríos” y pasan a recorrer juntos un mismo cauce que desemboca en el Dique la Viña.

The Place
The town of Nono, in Córdoba, is crossed by two rivers of clear water with characteristics that make them different and complementary at the same time. On the one hand, the river of the Sauces is a calm mantle of warm water that is found in the lower part of the town.
Its extensive beaches and its shallow depth form a very wide channel, ideal to enjoy with the family. There are different descents and ways to access the river and you can choose more solitary places, or shared with more people.
On the other side, towards the Altas Cumbres, is the Chico de Nono river, which makes its way between the large rocks and the lush vegetation, creating ideal pots for those who want to swim and small backwaters accompanied by an unparalleled view of the mountain range.
There are different spas, some with more services and others further away.
Both rivers join at the height of the Cerro Los Nonos, in what the locals call "the junction of the rivers" and go through the same channel that ends at the Dique la Viña.

When to search for the cache
When searching for this cache please avoid busy moments such as weekends and holydays, as this area gets really crowded with geomuggles.
In Argentina the Geocaching is not yet a game as popular as in other countries, and is common that geomuggles steal caches just for fun. So, please search and pick up the cache when no one is looking, and later leave the cache the same way and well hidden, sure that it is not visible from any angle!!!! Always try to pass unnoticed.
