With things finally trending to the positive, it’s time to once again get back out and enjoy Geocaching events! As many cachers have noticed over the last 15 month or so outdoor recreation has seen a huge increase, including geocaching! Trails like this one have seen increased use and with that increased litter. We will hit the trail and spend some time hiking and biking to clean it up. Garbage bags will be provided.
A series of new caches will also be published shortly before the event as an added bonus. Please note cachers who happen to find these caches before they are officially published may not claim FTF.
As of the listing of this event, Manitoba has a ban on back country travel due to the fire hazard; if this ban is still in place by the time of the event it will be rescheduled. If Covid numbers increase, we will follow public health recommendations and either cancel or reschedule this event if need be.
