This geocache is located on Sullivan's Island, SC. The cache container is a watertight medium size green box with toys and tokens inside. It is an easy find a few yards off the trail to the beach. I placed it with all my grand neices and nephews, and they thought it was a good spot. One of them developed her own hint. For what it's worth, she said, "If you walk 851 feet (little steps) down the path you will see a little window in the brush, and in the window you will find our box." My grands had a great time placing and hope you have just as much fun finding this one.
The trail leads to part of the beach that is unique. There is a giant tidalpool where folks can wade, swim, and paddleboard. If you cross the tidalpool you come to the actual beach where ocean waves are breaking. That gives you an opportunitiy for stillwater or wave action activities at the same place! We think it's one of the best areas for water activities on the island, and hope you agree. Please take and leave and sign our log. Have fun!
