Geocache Description:

This is the seventeenth cache in my (and now others) Chorus Cabinet Art Series. This series is placed to highlight the local artistic talent that Chorus has commissioned to brighten up their otherwise boring Public Utility Boxes, (PUBs).

This Public Utility Box painting is designed and painted by someone new on the Blenheim art scene, Sapphire Bristowe, and is based more along a whimsical theme like Freya Thompson's artwork. It is good to see some more variety in the Blenheim cabinet art scene and we all look forward to seeing more of Sapphire's art.

The Teddy Bear (Ursa teddius) are the most common bear species found in New Zealand and are usually found in an urban environment, usually in the company of infant and juvenile Homo sapiens.

Diet

The Teddy Bear usually survives on a diet of love from it's juvenile owner who from time to time attempt to supplement their diet with honey sandwiches.

Breeding

The Teddy Bear does not usually breed in captivity, however this may not be true if they end up in the possession of the geriatric Homo sapiens, as shown in the image below.

Of course, by now we all know that P.U.Bs are out of bounds for placing caches, so to find this one from the communications box, project the final coordinates by going in the direction of 031 degrees for 757 metres. B.Y.O.P
