I am back in Israel!
My first time in Israel and Haifa was in 2019. But just brielfy... Last year, the nasty COVID ruined my plans, but this year I am back, to clear out as many geocaches as I can in my free time!
I am, as always, here on a work project, but on Saturdays I should be off from work, so perfectly available to go out and explore, find geocaches, hosting events and HOPEFULLY meeting local geocachers. I love meeting other players and maybe go out geocaching with them, so do not hesitate to get in touch!
Molnarim78 is also with me here, and it is most likely that we will be geocaching together...
Saturday, August 21st - Event #7: Jerusalem
Every year I try to do something special for International Geocaching Day. At least an event.. but even that has to be special, if possible.
This year, International Geocaching Day finds me in your lovely contry... So I will try to make the best of it with an awesome Road Trip! Yes, we finally get a car and can go a bit further than Haifa and surrounding areas!
Jerusalem must be one of the most important places to visit while in Israel.. so here we are. Molnarim78 has been here with the team last year. For me it will be my first time.
The goal, while in the area, is to find most or (hopefully) all of the caches in the Old City. And of course, meet the local players. If you are local or maybe travelling like us, I would love to meet you!

If anyone else wants to join us searching for tha caches in the city, you are more than welcome to do so.
Looking forward to meet you and/or read your messages and emails. I am bringing some TB to discover and to drop, for whomever wants to pick them up. Otherwise they will go into a nice box around the area.
As usual, whomever finds a cache or attends an event on International Geocaching Day, will receive a souvenir.
