Hi everyone and welcome to Indigobirdie's Treasure hunt.
Background: This Treasure hunt is dedicated to Indigobirdie's return back to Ireland in the Summer of 2021. That meant I had alot of time to myself so I decided to create a treasure hunt in preperation for her return in August. With her permission I have opened the treasure hunt a little bit early for any FTF seekers. This treasure hunt will bring you around most of Roscommon town and bring you to its main attractions. The treasure hunt has not been completed (yet) and the geocaches can be collected in any order. Also the ordering may not be the quickest way to collect all geocaches.
Geocache: Officially this is the second geocache in the hunt. It is placed across from the Roscommon Golf Club. The Golf club opened up in 1904. It is covered in different types of trees such as ash and sycamore trees. It got renevated in the 90s and now is a full 18 hole golf pitch.
