Hi everyone and welcome to Indigobirdie's Treasure hunt.
Background: This Treasure hunt is dedicated to Indigobirdie's return back to Ireland in the Summer of 2021. That meant I had alot of time to myself so I decided to create a treasure hunt in preperation for her return in August. With her permission I have opened the treasure hunt a little bit early for any FTF seekers. This treasure hunt will bring you around most of Roscommon town and bring you to its main attractions. The treasure hunt has not been completed (yet) and the geocaches can be collected in any order. Also the ordering may not be the quickest way to collect all geocaches.
Geocache: Officially this is the fourth geocache in the hunt. It is placed alongside the River Jiggy. There is a great sign made by Tidy Towns that contains all the information you need about River Jiggy. There is also a nice,quiet and short walk you can do along the Jiggy.There is also free parking availible near the trail.
