QT.Coon's Pirate Ship Stow Away

My daughter and QT.Coon wanted to create some fantastic Pirate themed caches for all children and adults to enjoy.

If this is your FIRST time Geocaching, please make sure you read the GEOCACHING 101 RULES.

We created a cache, which resembles a.. what? EEeeek!

In your quest to reach Ground Zero (GZ) you will have a nice walk on a natural trail but be faced with some ruff terrain when reaching your goal.

This geocache is not stroler accessable unless you have one of those strollers with the bike wheels. Even then, you won't be able to get right beside the geocahe container location.

Near GZ, the ground is extreamly difficult to cross for little people's feet so take you time and give your hand out to those little ones to help them along.

At GZ, you will be faced with locating the cache! 

This is a great cache for parents to take their kids out which we hope will not only give them some wonderful memories, it may also help get them in the spirit of Geocaching. Make it a wonderful afternoon adventure and locate all of QT.Coon’s Pirate Geocache Hides using this LIST finishing at a playground!

Watch for muggles! This is an extremely busy walkway. Get to the cache, sign the log and put the cache back without anyone seeing you! 

Oh, bye the way... things are NOT always what they seem once you get to Ground Zero (GZ). 

(Kid tested and approved!) 

Please bring a pen to sign log book. There is NO SPACE for tradeables in this cache. You will see why!

IMPORTANT: PLEASE.. Put the cache back in its hiding spot and EXACTLY the way you found it. Thank You!

Arrr. Matey... Don't take any photos of the Stow Away or let the other buccaneers playing this game know what it is in the comment logs. Keep it a secret so others can enjoy the find!

The Story of QT.Coon's Pirate Ship Stow Away

(Written by QT.Coon's 8-year old BFF) 

A long, long time ago, when Newmarket was very young and just starting, pirates made their way through this area and stopped to take a rest.

The ships cook brought some barrels of food with him from the Pirate Ship where this particular Stow Away hiched a ride on those barrels.

The pirates also hid a PIRATE CHEST which can be found from QT.Coon 🏴‍☠️ Legendary Lost Pirate Treasure Chest because they didn’t want anybody to steal it.

One night, when the cook was making food for the other pirates, this Stow Away got away from the cook before he became a bed time snack!
