Please come and join us at Heritage Park in Mission BC Geocaching Association Annual General Meeting. Look for our banner because there's another being held the same day under the covered area.

DATE: Sunday, September 26, 2021
TIME: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm. Registration begins at 2:00 pm with the meeting called to order at approximately 2:30 pm.

Everyone is welcome to attend but only BCGA members as of June 25, 2021, are permitted to vote.
Memberships forms will be available at the meeting.
The agenda will be available to members. It will include the results of the electronic nominations for Directors, presentation of the financial statements, and any other business of the BCGA.
