A mutation has been identified in grasshoppers in the St. Louis area that causes them to grow to ginormous sizes. A majority of them have died off due to the lack of food that has been caused by the increased appetite of these grasshoppers, but local citizens who live in the Deer Creek area have been reporting multiple sightings of one of the mutated insects. We don't know its exact location, so that's why we need you. It is your job to deciper the location based off of the reports we have received in the recent days.

We've already pieced together some information, but we will need you to connect the reports to finish what we've started. We haven't solved much, but here is what we've solved.
N 038° AB.CDE' W 090° FG.HIJ'
Once you connect the reports to the information we already know, please go to the location you've solved to collect information about the grasshopper and its mutation. We can't let this mutation spread further to the new generations of grasshoppers.
