This mystery cache is dedicated to the ruby-throated hummingbird, an impressive little creature that visits Ottawa every summer, weighs barely more than a nickel, and consumes twice its weight in sugar every day.
Hummingbirds are the only birds that can fly forward, backward, side to side, and even upside down. They also are very adept at hovering in one place while their wings beat at 80 strokes per second.
To find this cache, you will need to decipher the hummingbird’s manoeuvers.
