Hopefully the weather will be kind and we can all have a pleasant afternoon tea at Barry Knap.
Meet new geo-friends, catch up with those you already know, plan geo-jollys, share trackables.. just come along and say 'Hello!' in this pretty location at Knap Gardens, close to the sea.
The Event
Thursday 22nd September 2021 , 2pm-3pm (or for as long as you wish to stay)
An informal afternoon event for a get-together.
Expect the usual trackable sharing, story-swapping and general cache related chit-chat.
Everyone is welcome to attend, particularly any new cachers who will receive a very warm welcome. Even if you only have a few minutes to spare, please feel free to pop in and say hello.
The Venue

Romilly's is an independent, vintage tearooms/ coffee shop prominently located at The Knap, a beautiful area in the west end of Barry, situated just off Barry's Green Flag park, Knap Gardens.
I have provisionally booked tables at this venue, but it is very usually very busy and therefore I would be grateful if you could log any WAs early so I can make sure there is space for everyone. There is seating available inside, and outside (in a covered marquee-type area) for those that may prefer to remain outdoors.
They will be serving a drinks menu, and a selection of cakes as well as afternoon bites. (I will upload a photo of the menu when I next visit.)
There is no obligation to purchase, but if you intend to partake of the delicious selection of goodies available please can you let us know in your WA log.

Free parking available at Barry Knap Terrace Car Park which is only a short walk away, or you could strike lucky and get a space in the roadside layby outside the row of shops.
Sorry no dogs allowed inside (or in the outside-inside covered areas) though you may be able to secure an outside table if you are lucky.
The venue is wheelchair accessible.

Please Note
There is a CITO scheduled for 12.30pm-1.45pm nearby (see below), however there is no requirement to attend both events.
If you do choose to help at the litter pick, this event will provide a welcome post-CITO sit down and maybe even cake!
