In the heart of the capital city of Hagåtña, sits an abandoned house that once served as a private home for a family who moved to the mainland, an office building for some accounting company as well as another for a surveyor, a rental home, and the late bishop of Guam also lived there. Now, it is sitting, forlorn, scattered with debris when homeless took shelter there, and is now left to the elements that has been condemned. A chainlink fence now surrounds the house.
