N 49 W 88 Traditional Cache

Degree Confluence N49 W88
The cache is located at the confluence of N49 and W88 degrees, high atop the Kama Hills near Nipigon. Be prepared for significant bushwhacking as well as an elevation gain of about 200m. When placed, we approached from the hydro corridor, scaling two cliffs/hills on the way. We were able to follow an old trail through the bush until about 250m from the confluence, at which point it is a further uphill bushwhack to GZ. It may also be possible to reach the confluence from the Mazukama Falls trail and Stairway of the Saints, however, we have not tried this route. There is at least a 700m bushwhack from Stairway of the Saints.
We would suggest budgeting at least 2.5-3 hours return for this cache.
You are looking for an ammo can directly at the confluence. There is $5 for the first to find - although the bragging rights of making it here are priceless!
