Not quite part of a series (yet), but still located just off the greatest road in the world
Location and name inspired by a cache that used to call here home by Border Brats (hunter-killer).
This beautiful stretch of road had become a bit sparse in regards to caches in the past few years. I found this spot before even knowing what geocaching was. After finding out a cache used to call this area home, I figured I should give people the reason to see this again.
This wayside rest gives you a view to the north as opposed to most that look towards the south. It overlooks the beautiful Teal Lake as well as the surrounding tree-covered highland landscape. Truly something to marvel at - I could spend a long time up here.
The small gravel track leading to the cache does not receive maintenance during the winter, and this cache's placement will likely result in it being buried after only a few snowfalls. I would not recommend searching for this in the winter.
Have fun and stay safe.
