This easy cache is located at Sand Bay State Forest, in DEC region 6. This forest contains only 326 acres. The area was purchased by NYS from the US Army in 1964. It is named for the sandy shoreline of Lake Bonaparte North Shore. Save some time to fish or kayak/ canoe in this beautiful spot. Note: there is No Camping Allowed in this area.
