Welcome to Hickory Run State Park!
Home to some fantastic hiking, fishing and hunting, and Geocaching!
For this cache, you will need to find the nice open parking lot, and then respectfully walk through the group camping area to find the GameWire Trail.
Once you do, enjoy the walk through the abundant Rhododendrons, and listen for birds and other wildlife. Perhaps you will be lucky enough to see one of the parks many Black Bears!
The park is open every day of the year, sunrise to sunset. Day use areas close at dusk.
The visitor center is open specific hours.
Dog are welcome in the park, but must be leashed at ALL times!
