The Cemetery in Francis is located on the hill overlooking the beautiful Kamas/Francis area. It is the old Kamas Cemetery.
The cemetery is located on both sides of Utah State Route 35. The portion of the cemetery on the northeast side of the road is referred to as the Upper Francis Cemetery. The portion of the cemetery on the southwest side of the road is referred to as the Lower Francis Cemetery.
The cache is located on the edge of Upper Francis Cemetery. You can either park at the bottom and walk up, but you can easily take the small road around and make it a drive-by cache.
Posted hours of the cemetery are daily 9 am - 5 pm, but there is no gate that would prevent you from visiting outside those times.
