This Carapooee Landcare group has a number of projects in the area. From, Biodiversity conservation; revegetation; weed control; pest control. The establishment of suitable habitat, including nest boxes, for all native species of birds, reptiles and mammals.
This cache has been placed near their project to "Reclaim our Creeks" This project is focused on the Restoration of the creekline Habitat, with revegetation, erosion control and weed control.
As this cache is placed on "the other side" of the creek (from the road side) there is a short walk to go around the creek and get to GZ without getting your feet wet. please respect the area.
