The owl with one eye is gone, here is one in the same area and this one is another tree climber. There is parking a few minutes from the cache. The back lot at the hospital is probably closest, but still a couple hundred foot walk away.
BE CAREFUL. you must sign log for a find. There are good branchs to climb, but if you're not sure bring someone able to climb.
