This hide is my second of this type. I put them on opposite sides of town and the code hidden in this message is in a slightly different format than its counterpart.
This cache is locked by a padlock. The solution to open it is a 3 LETTER combination which repeats 10 times in the following message.

Once you figure out the 3 letter combo, the padlock opens in this manner...
-at least 3 complete turns to the right
- turn left past the second letter, then 1 more complete left turn, returning to second letter
-turn right and stop at 3rd letter. Padlock should now open!
