Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Fairly Adventurous and Impressively Rewarding Hiding of Incognito Lock and Lock (F.A.I.R.H.I.L.L) Series! This is a 12 cache series with a 13th final bonus cache. This series has been designed to take you to parts of the park that are less often visited and on trails that the average park visitor may not know exists, the ultimate goal is to encourage you to explore the full 5600 acres Fair Hill NRMA has to offer! We recommend downloading the Avenza Map app and locating the Fair Hill Carriage Trails layer or acquiring a map at the park office if you feel that you may want some extra assistance on your quest.

At each cache you will have the chance to receive a clue that will help you determine the coordinates of the final 13th cache! On the cover of 6 of the 12 caches in the series there will be a letter that is associated with a number (ex. A=-5). Be sure to write down and keep track of this information, as it is the ONLY way you will be able to find the bonus 13th cache! You don't want to have to do this series twice!

This cache is located on Connector Trail. To access this trail park in Lot #5 and walk west on the gravel road till you reach a T-intersection. At this point make a right and follow the gravel road north till you reach the trailhead. As with all caches in this series you are looking for a 6x6 clear lock and lock container. Please practice leave no trace ethics and do not disturb or destroy any vegetation while searching for caches. The park is open from sunrise to sunset and friendly, leashed pets are always welcome. For more information about Fair Hill NRMA please visit the park website - Fair Hill NRMA

For a return loop that will lead you past several more geocaches in the park continue walking in the direction you were going and at the intersection continue straight putting you on Roller Coaster Trail. Stay on this trail till it intersects with the Yellow Trail at which point bear left, this will eventually take you back to where you parked.

Please note that while this series is open to all types of trail users you will encounter trails along the route that are restricted to bikers and hikers ONLY. Please take time to look at the signs that are posted at the beginning of each trail that indicate which types of usage are allowed for that area. Please note that if a trail is marked as unsuitable for equestrian use it is due to the possible combination of steep banks, blind corners, and bridges not rated for horses. Trails marked unsuitable for equestrian are use done so with the safety of you, your horse, and other park users in mind.
