Croydon, this is my town, not from birth, far from it, we moved in to our dream home, our retirement home the day before Christmas Day in 2017. Since then I have discovered more and more to this area that I really love, so I'm here for a long time now, well, I hope so anyway 
I am placing a series of cache in and around the area to highlight the parks, walkways and places of interest in this part of Melbourne, I hope you enjoy your visit.
Croydon Today
The Croydon area was served by a weekly newspaper, the Maroondah Leader, which has sadly gone the way of most local newspapers, succumbed to internet fever.
