Stephanie, Mike, Jill and Maureen did far more than just paint this mural . They wrote the grant request, they got a permit from the state and all the other things that go in to a project like this.
They invited the community to come and help paint. People were encouraged to add something of there own.
This is a simple field puzzle, you shouldn't have a problem solving it.
