The Green Manalishi is a song written by Peter Green, and it was originally recorded by Fleetwood Mac in 1970. It was released as a single in the United Kingdom on May 10th, 1970, and peaked at #10 there. It was at #10 for four consecutive weeks. I only know it because it was made famous by Judas Priest in 1979 on their record Hell Bent for Leather, which is more my genre than Fleetwood Mac is.
