This is a preform with a blue top hidden in under some rocks probably in a bush. This area is closed to OHV usage so park at the turn around or just off the road that continues Northeast ward. As this is a desert area, bring water and watch for snakes and other critters that sting, bite or eat you. Don't put your hands or fingers where you can't see them.
