Update (10-13-24): I have confirmed with Boston Park and Recreation that geocachers can access the area via the gate nearby as long as it is unlocked. Please do not disturb any plant or animals nearby. Thank you.
This cache is dedicated to my daughter Ariel004. She enjoys finding new treasures and trading with other geocachers, therefore trading is highly encouraged. She loves especially necklaces, beads, pearls, shiny and colorful things. She gets excited about anything new that she can play with or that looks interesting.
The cache is located near a nice playground called "Mother's rest", our favorite playground that we visit frequently. The area is part of the Emeral Necklace Park around the Muddy River. It is a beautiful green natural park in Boston/Fenway. You can watch all kinds of different birds nearby and it is a great area for recreation such as running, walking or biking.
The cache is hidden near a huge tree stump. The tree fell during a strong storm in 2020 (if I remember correctly). The stump was re-erected and became a favorite spot for people to sit on to enjoy the nature, watch the river and animals. You are looking for a medium sized 6 cup/1.6 liter food container.
