XIII wiek, książę z dynastii Gryfitów – Otto I – nadaje wieś kościołowi. To początek historii osady Lienken (długo później – już po II Wojnie Światowej, u schyłku swego istnienia urzędowo nazwana Linki). Przez wieki rosła, zmieniała właścicieli. W 1806 urosła do tego stopnia, że powstała druga osada – utworzono Neu Lienken (Nowe Linki – dziś Lubieszyn/Linken na granicy polsko-niemieckiej). Spowodowało to zmianę nazwy dotychczasowej miejscowości na Alt Lienken (Stare Linki).
II Wojnę Światową miejscowość przetrwała nienaruszona. W wyniku podziałów terytorialnych obszar wsi podzielono pomiędzy Polskę i Niemcy. W części polskiej znalazły się ostatnie zabudowania, jednak opuszczono je po 1950 roku. Porzucone całkowicie zniszczały, gruzy rozebrano, wywieziono (może jako materiał budowlany?). Uważny poszukiwacz znajdzie jeszcze pozostałości fundamentów wzdłuż Ulicy Zwierzynieckiej – dojazd do schroniska dla zwierząt.
Droga na niemiecką stronę wsi nadal istnieje i bywa wykorzystywana przez miejscowych. Jednak za niemiecką granicą Alt Lienken to już tylko nazwa fragmentu lasu.
Skrytka to klipsiak ulokowany w miejscu wskazanym przez współrzędne, w okolicach punktu granicznego nr 812 (dojdziesz tam wspomnianą drogą łączącą Linki z Alt Lienken). Wszelkie szpadle mogą zostać w domu, możesz wziąć rękawiczki. Zawiera logbook i ołówek, coś na wymianę dla dzieci, powodzenia!

Im 13. Jahrhundert schenkte Fürst Otto der Erste, aus der Gryfit-Dynastie das Dorf der Kirche. Dies ist der Beginn der Geschichte der Siedlung Lienken (lange nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg, am Ende ihres Bestehens offiziell Linki genannt). Im Laufe der Jahrhunderte wuchs es und wechselte den Besitzer. 1806 wuchs sie so stark an, dass eine zweite Siedlung – Neu Lienken (Nowe Linki – heute Lubieszyn / Linken, an der polnisch-deutschen Grenze) entstand. Dies führte zur Umbenennung das ehemaligen Dorfes in Alt Lienken (Stare Linki).
Das Dorf hat den Zweiten Weltkrieg unbeschadet überstanden. Infolge territorialer Teilungen wurde das Gebiet des Dorfes zwischen Polen und Deutschland aufgeteilt. Die letzten Gebäude befanden sich im polnischen Teil, wurden aber nach 1950 aufgegeben. Sie wurden komplett demontiert und der Schutt wurde abtransportiert (vielleicht als Baumaterial?). Ein aufmerksamer Suchender findet noch heute Fundamentreste entlang der Zwierzyniecka-Straße -in der Nähe vom Tierheim.
Die Straße zur deutschen Seite des Dorfes existiert noch und wird manchmal von den Einheimischen benutzt. Jenseits der deutschen Grenze ist Alt Lienken jedoch nur der Name eines Waldstücks.

13th century, Prince Otto the First of the Gryfit dynasty gives the village to the church. This is the beginning of the history of the Lienken settlement (long later - after World War II, at the end of its existence officially named Linki). Over the centuries it grew and changed owners. In 1806, it grew so much that a second settlement was established - Neu Lienken (Nowe Linki - today Lubieszyn / Linken on the Polish-German border). This resulted in the change of the name of the former village to Alt Lienken (Stare Linki).
The village survived the Second World War intact. As a result of territorial divisions, the area of the village was divided between Poland and Germany. The last buildings were located in the Polish part, but they were abandoned after 1950. Abandoned, they were completely destroyed, the debris was dismantled and taken away (maybe as a building material?). An attentive seeker will still find the remains of foundations along the Zwierzyniecka Street road-access to the animal shelter.
The road to the German side of the village still exists and is sometimes used by the locals. However, beyond the German border, Alt Lienken is just the name of a fragment of the forest.
The cache is a box located in the place indicated by the coordinates, near the border point No. 812 (you will get there by the aforementioned road connecting Linki with Alt Lienken).
