Although technically this will be the world's 3 rd Covid Christmas,it didn't really affect our Christmas plans until 2020.Last year we on Christmas day Ontario had 2,142 new cases and we basically limited our group to immediate familly only. At that time vaccines were still on our wish list;
Fast forward to Dec 2021 and despite the high vaccination rates in Ontario we still have close to 1000 new cases every day. Although we will still limit our gathering to vaccinated immediate family(and one unvaccinated 3 year old) we basically started decorating for Christmas as soon as Halloween was over
This cache is located within the Trent University Wildlife Sanctuary. Enjoy a scenic hike on the trails, and experience nature and wildlife through the diverse habitats of wetlands, lowland forests, and upland fields. The parking lot and entrance to the Wildlife Sanctuary are located on the east side of University Road. Please note that the trails and parking lot are open during daylight hours. Length of Trails: Blue Trail - 3.7 km, Yellow Trail - 2.6 km, Red Trail - 1.9 km
