This series of caches is being placed in honor of the first year we are spending in our home and the first year we are hosting Christmas (Navidad) for an extended family visiting from multiple countries. It will be my little geocacher's first chance to meet lots of her primos, tios y abuelitos. These caches are designed to get people out of the house and appreciating the beauty and fun in our own neighborhood.
#2 in the series is for the oval and eliptical cul-de-sacs that are all over Clemens Crossing. I don't know of any other neighborhoods in Columbia that routinely deviate from the regular circular cul-de-sacs. Many have benches or other community decorations, but this one is especially nice because it has bricks that celebrate the residents of the street.
This cache is dedicated to an abuelita who does so much for her family, and to keep the family close across great distances and challenging times.
Please note that you don't have to walk on any plants to locate or retrieve this cache!
