Torukübar ehk silinderkübar (ka silinder) on lameda põhjaga kõrge silindrikujulise rummu ja suhteliselt laia äärega kõvast materjalist kübar.
Torukübar oli populaarne peamiselt meeste peakattena 18. sajandi lõpust 20. sajandi keskpaigani. Teatud puhkudel kantakse torukübaraid veel ka 21. sajandil.
Torukübaral on oluline roll traditsioonilises mustkunstis sooritatavates kübaratrikkides.
