Named to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984, this site makes The Big Apple accessible to Happy Rock. In fact, a number of both business people and high school students start and end their days here. First out is 4:29am and last back is 1:38am on weekdays, the last time I checked. Caches are not allowed on the grounds itself, so this one is placed just across the street. Cache is accessible from the sidewalk. (Please note that tweezers, especially long ones, might be a beneficial tool for this cache.)
