Unfortunately, this very popular multi-cache ghosted us recently. It was originally called "Hung Out to Dry" by Skottikus. This is a resurrection of this cache.
The cache is located in downtown Kingston. The posted coordinates are in an alley. The locals say that this is the "most haunted alleyway in Kingston". There are three entrances into this alley. I could give you the coordinates for the entrances, but that is part of the difficulty rating and besides it will allow you to explore the area more.
During the nicer weather, this area can be extremely busy. There are lots of awesome patios in the alleyway. In fact, tables could be set up in areas you need to access, so stealth is required.
At the posted coordinates you have to look around to find the answers to the following questions:
A = The last digit in the year the stone masons completed their work
B = The number of petals on the brickwork flower minus the number of leaves on the same brickwork flower
C = The number of items "hung out to dry"
D = There are 2 sets of steps leading down to the lower area. The number of steps on the smaller staircase
E = The two digit address at the BMO building (digital root)
ABC is the angle in degrees (true north)
DE is the distance in metres
Checksum: A+B+C+D+E equals 17
The final is a short walk from the posted coordinates.
Oh, did I mention there is a GHOST in the alley ..... don't say I didn't warn you!
