Circular Les Santes
DESCRIPTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT
New walk within the wonderful Natural Park of the Desierto de las Palmas, but this time if we want to do the whole series we will have to add a small section along “wild boar trail” to the trails and tracks. The Circular Les Santes, passes through the terms of Cabanes, Pobla Tornesa and Benicassim, we will start from the Hermitage of Les Santes, we will go up the Balaguera to the Senglar, to return to the vehicle visiting the areas of the Sufera and the micro-reserve of flora and fauna from Alto del Colomer.
The Desierto de las Palmas Natural Park represents a very valuable enclave, both from a botanical and a fauna point of view. With an area of 3,200 hectares protected by law for more than 20 years, it occupies part of five municipal districts, it has been populated since the Neolithic, although its history really begins with the arrival of the Carmelite fathers.
With the name of Ermita de les Santes, the hermitage dedicated to Saints Águeda and Lucía is popularly known, located in one of the most beloved places by the residents of Cabanes. It is located in a beautiful and secluded valley of the Serra de les Santes, between the mountains of La Masmudella and Les Calçades, surrounded by lush forests with monumental oak trees and with a source of appreciated waters in its vicinity. A recreation and picnic area has also been set up nearby. This mountain range is located in the southernmost part of the term, forming in turn the northern area of the Las Palmas Desert, of whose natural setting it is part.

This small series, once again, has been created as a thank you to all those owners who have dedicated their valuable time to the hiding places that have made us enjoy so much in our geo-adventures, for this reason we invite you to come and search and search, on foot or in your faithful saddle, alone, with the rest of the team or with other teams that sign and then do not register (never the opposite), in the company of your favorite ludo player, and even accompanying your furry friend ... Either way, whether you come from far away or see your lair from here, we hope you enjoy this little walk through Circular Les Santes.
44, 38 Tradicionales + 6 Mysterys as Bonus, are the caches spread over the 12,54 kilometers of the path along which this circular series runs. The caches are camouflaged, next to the trunk, under stone or hanging, never on banks; With the exception of some exceptions (due to the fragility of the container) all are next to the path described by this track.
Due to the size of the caches it is necessary to carry tweezers to carefully extract the guest book, they also do not contain a typewriter, so you must take it to register. During the weekend, the area is very crowded, so as not to endanger any hiding place, remember to take the time necessary both to pick them up and to leave them. Please leave everything as it was and do not upload any photos or records that reveal the type of camouflage used. Along the route you will find areas with bad or no coverage, do not forget to bring the file and spoiler photo of each cache downloaded. Thanks in advance for your visits.

For obvious reasons when solving the Mystery Bonus caches of this series, we would appreciate not sharing images or comments that reveal the color of the caps of the Traditional caches whose number is multiple of 5.
