We have lived in Victorville for 9 years and had no idea there are some very large trees here , I was used to seeing pine trees and Joshua trees only. While setting out one of our caches we caught a glimpse of a very large tree stump and made us wonder how old this tree lived and what it looked like when it was still living. Even so, It looked like a great place to leave a cache and bring others to this historic un-alived tree
This 3 stage multi-cache is somewhat different from your traditional geocaches. It requires your superior math note-taking and detecting skills to get to the log. The necessary TOTT that you'll need are at each stage but I would suggest you bring something magnetic and something to take notes on, just in case the ones I left were stolen.
Like many adventures the surroundings could be dangerous, a good walking stick, sturdy shoes, and a watchful eye for tripping hazards are recommended for this cache. It is a fun one that may take some time to solve, the good thing is that it is isolated and less likely to be spotted by muggles.
Please put things back as they were for the enjoyment of our next fellow geocachers
