You can’t go wrong, if you Let Adventure Fill Your Life… so let’s get together for another “Adventures in Geocaching” adventure.
Gather at the posted coordinates for our meet and greet… a great way to start off your Saturday. Stop by and say hello, swap trackables and of course geogab about all things geocaching. We will have some snacks to fuel your day.
BEFORE THE EVENT, a few of the truly insane will wander off into the Little Big Econ State Forest in a pre-dawn search for a night cache. It is rumored there may be a couple of water crossings involved, so be prepared for the possibility of getting muddy and/or wet. Join us at the posted coordinates with flashlights in tow at 5:45 AM ... if you dare!
AFTER THE EVENT, a few of us plan to hunt a few smileys along the Florida Trail / Flagler Trails. The estimated round trip for this hike is 3.5 miles. Remember to wear good hiking shoes/boots, a hat to protect your noggin and bring along plenty of water. Some areas may have standing water… but hey, it’s Florida! Don't forget your skeeter spray.
NOTE: Participation in hunting smileys (before or afterwards) is not required to attend this event. We look forward to seeing you there!
