A little unknown memorial tucked away back in the corner of Central Winds Park {a short walk from the cache} honoring a former Fire Chief of Winter Springs. Timothy J Lallathin was one of the first fire fighters hired by Winter Springs. He rose through the ranks to become Chief of Station 24.
