Casper's Park has wonderful hiking trails. There is an entry fee of $3.00 on weekdays and $5.00 on weekends and holidays. The fee is well worth it though because although the restrooms are closed due to Covid precations, there are porta potties, great campsites and the park is looking good.
We hiked the East Ridge Trail today performing maintenance on our existing caches. The junction at this trail was begging for a cache so here you go. Don't forget your water, hats and sunscreen if you come out in the warm weather. We were glad we had ours even though it is still winter.
