Welcome to the old entry way to Mair park.
This hidden staircase has been left to the forest to revegitate, Which seems a tad unfortunate as it is quite an impressive structure.
You can enter from the top to the right of the parking lot, Look for the gap in the trees and slip in, hop over a tree on the way down.
or
Head down the main pathway and as you reach the large wooden seat, head behind and up toward the structure.
This is a fairly obvious one and an experienced cacher will spot the location from a mile away.
I made it rather obvious as I do not want to see this area damaged.
You will need to hop over a few small logs as you enter the location.
It would be fantastic if you could also remove any rubbish you find, there is a bin just past the toilet block and that will be handy for washing hands afterwards.
I will update this page with more details on the structure when I manage to find it, if you know anything about this old entry, I would love to know more.
