Geocache Description:

A scenic spot that I thought deserved a geocache.

Close to GZ is a 15th Century bridge which was part of the earliest post route between England and Scotland, and overlooking the burn is the remains of Castledykes Fort - an Iron Age fort which took advantage of the natural topographical defences in the area.

GZ is best approached following the John Muir link from Dunglass.  It is also possible to park at Bilsdean, but this will involve crossing the A1.

Up the burn from GZ is a fine waterfall which is worthy of a visit.

Cache contains a logbook only, so please BYOP.
