Most sources list Puncak Mandala on the Seven Second Summits list for the Australasia region. The summit is located in the Papua Province of Indonesia. Getting to Puncak Mandala seems to be an ordeal in and of itself and not too many have succeeded. You will not find a cache here, so you will need to look elsewhere in the province for your smiley.
