Kelly Botelho is a local celebrity who is a news reporter for CHCH news. Their new studios are located just over a kilometre from here.. Kelly was born and raised in Hamilton . Her passion for journalism started when she was in grade 10, when she had to opportunity to report and co-anchor a highschool sports show for the Hamilton Spectator called Spec TV. She studied Media and Production in London and got her first reporting job in Thunder Bay. After a year there, she was offered a position in Hamilton for CHCH news.
I think she has the perfect voice for reporting, and she does a great job delivering the news. I hope Kelly will at some point get to find this cache, that i have put out in her honour, on her Birthday week. Happy Birthday Kelly.
