I'll be frank: LPC's are undoubtedly my least favorite hide type. They're entirely predictable and rarely highlight anything other than a grocery store or parking lot. Even worse, if you open one in the summer you're flipping a coin as to whether or not you'll be attacked by wasps!
Let this cache be a lesson to all cachers seeking a quick smiley or streak saver fix (you know who you are). If GZ is "occupied", please clean up and reset for the next person.
