Toad is a euphemism for the vehicle towed behind an RV. In my 11 years on the road I have had 3 toads: a 2006 HHR that already had 100,000 miles before I hit the road, a 2011 C-RV that I totaled when I hit a deer near Port Aransas, and my current beast the Element. My toads have to be lightweight yet able to double as geo mobiles. This element seems to be the best one yet. Here at this spot today the speedometer turned to 200,000. I pulled over and hid a cache to mark the occasion. Otherwise there's nothing special here. Hoping to be putting out a TOAD 300,000 one day.
