Where In CENTEX Is Tio Pepé - RIP hello-pittie Traditional Cache

This cache is placed in memory of one of the caching community's adored cachers who passed recently. The location we chose could not be more fitting. She loved dogs and gave of her time to give as many of them a better life. She was a great person who made everyone she came in contact with smile. There is not enough that can be said about her and we will miss her.
