In the summer of 2011 while on a vacation to visit family in Hawaii, my sister introduced me to Geocaching. After she explained it to me, my basic response was "So what do you win? What's the point? I don't get it." After watching Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II at a local mall, we, along with some cousins, proceeded to look for I think four caches starting with one in the mall parking lot...and I still thought it was pointless. It probably didn't help that we only found one and didn't find the other three. Suffice to say that it wasn't a good first impression.
Fast forward to the spring of 2013 when she came home for a bit and we took a walk in our old neighborhood, including where we used to go to elementary school. We found two right in this area, and this time something clicked. Maybe because I had actually loaded the app on to my phone as well. I soon got into it more than she did to the point where I bought some TOTT like an extendable magnet and extendible mirror (she still laughs about this).
The cache is located in the exact location of a previously archived one, specifically what still is the second one on my current list of finds. It's easily accessible from the sidewalk. You don't need to go into the closed off grounds. Keep an eye out for muggles as this is a popular area for the locals to walk their dogs. And now my sister does know now that she can't give me any grief about Geocaching... because she's the one who made me do it.
