This one was going to be called "Can Opener" - I don't know if they have a careless snow plow company or what is going on here, because every one of the light skirts looks like it has been worked on with a giant can opener! I was trying to lift one of these skirts to see if it still could hide a cache when two sparrows flew out of it, scaring the heck out of me (and them, probably)! When I related this story to Harley822, he came up with this name, which I thought was perfect. So the cache is on the light post, but not in the skirt - lift these at your own risk!
